Yes. We offer puppy first grooming visits and grooming familiarization sessions designed to introduce your pet to the studio at a calm pace. These visits are not full grooming appointments and the scope depends on your pet's comfort and coat condition.

We begin with a temperament and history inquiry, then give pre-visit guidance and a quiet arrival. During the appointment we assess comfort and handling, work in stages, and can pause or adjust the plan if your pet needs a break.

A short comfort-led groom or sensitive-pet bath and brush may suit pets that need a gentler first step. The right option depends on coat condition, handling needs, and what can be done safely during the visit.

Yes. We can provide a written grooming summary at handover with notes on the groom, any areas that needed extra attention, and simple coat-care suggestions between visits.

You can book by phone, email, or through the contact form. Appointments are offered Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 15:00.
